Meet Milly, our Founder and lead Executive Assistant. Milly has spent the last eight years working within leading, global Executive Search firms. She started her career with Norman Broadbent, where Milly worked closely with senior business leaders, working within the research team and acting as the team assistant. Since then, Milly has worked as an Associate for Sheffield Haworth and Leathwaite International. Within these companies, she focused on the execution and management of senior leadership roles within Retail Financial Services, Corporate Banking, Insurance and Digital Banking.

Over the years, Milly has successfully assisted teams with senior client and candidate management, day to day management of documents, meeting organisation, travel, formatting, event planning, hosting and CV writing.

Now based in the North East, Milly has embedded herself into their thriving business industry and is now ready to create a platform with an aim to help support those thriving businesses.

Milly also supports the Careers Collective, a consultancy that aims to help school leavers and graduates with their first steps in their careers.
